The Glenwood Group was founded with a strong focus on improving the pace of condominium unit closings while enhancing the customer experience, improving overall product quality, and reducing the risk of construction defects. The Glenwood Group has been able to effectively serve as the major hub or integrator of the various condominium development service groups (e.g. construction, legal, title companies, management companies, in-house or third party unit acceptance, QA/QC groups, movers, preferred lenders, etc.) and has introduced new technology, processes and systems that net a significantly improved closing process and improved returns to the developer. 

Mark Beliczky is the Founder and President of The Glenwood Group and brings an extensive operations/general management, strategic retail real estate, re-engineering, business building and consulting background to his developer client base. Prior to founding The Glenwood Group, Mr. Beliczky was a Senior Executive with PepsiCo, UBS, CitiGroup, and Sunrise Senior Living having both domestic and international experience. Mr. Beliczky also held faculty positions at The Ohio State University, The George Washington University, Cleveland State University  and holds an M.B.A. from The Sellinger School of Management, Loyola College and a B.A. from Heidelberg College.
